Paperbox Lofts offers select income-restricted apartments in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT through the Area Median Income (AMI) program. These apartment homes are designed to provide qualifying renters with access to modern loft-style living in a convenient downtown SLC location near dining, shopping, entertainment, public transit, and local employers.
Applicants must meet income qualification requirements based on household size and floor plan occupancy limits. Studio apartments allow up to 2 occupants, one-bedroom apartments allow up to 3 occupants, and two-bedroom apartments allow up to 5 occupants.
Current 2026 AMI Income Limits:
- 1 person: up to $70,650 annually
- 2 persons: up to $80,750 annually
- 3 persons: up to $90,850 annually
- 4 persons: up to $100,900 annually
- 5 persons: up to $109,000 annually
