Elianna Zuluaga is from Colombia, and she moved to Utah in 2014! She has over 4 years of experience in product development and management. She brings her skills to the world of real estate with a focus on investment and property management. Outside of work her passion lies in cooking and spending quality time with her husband and my two dogs. Nature holds a special place in her heart, and she enjoys going to the gym and eating healthy. Helping people find the perfect place to live brings her joy.

Ian was born and raised as a Utahn. He comes from a fairly big family with two older sisters and two younger brothers. Ian can manage very hot temperatures when compared to the cold (funny seeing that he is from Utah). He loves spending quality time with friends and family. A recent discovery of his has to be that he loves to read! Ian always like making new friends so don't be afraid to say hello!

Tanner is from Orem and has worked in property management for three years. He is studying English at UVU and wants to be a literature professor. Tanner also writes music you should definitely go listen to it! @thetannerpratt

Ben grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and throughout his life he had been in the construction field before moving into property maintenance, which he has been enjoying for a stretch of 15 years! He is happily married with two children, loves to travel, draw, and will beat you in a game of chess any day of the week. Max is our newest team member at Paperbox Lofts- your go-to guy for all things maintenance. With hands-on experience, he has become quite the expert when it comes to keeping things running smoothly. From fixing stubborn electrical glitches to tackling mechanical malfunctions, Max has handled it all with a smile on my face and a toolbox in hand. Max thrives on problem-solving and getting things back on track. He believes that life is not just about fixing things—it's about preventing problems before they arise. After all, prevention is always better than cure, right? When Max is not busy tinkering with machinery, you can find him rock climbing, always seeking new heights and challenges. But above all, he is a music enthusiast. With a wide range of musical skills, from songwriting and playing guitar to singing and even rocking out to his Oboe. There's something magical about creating music. Max is also a bit of a globetrotter. Recently, he has returned from France, where he has close family. During his time, he enjoyed an internship in bicycle mechanics— but most of all the Public Transportation System. A few fun facts about Max; He is fluent in French, Spanish, and Russian, which has opened up a world of opportunities for me providing awesome interactions with diverse people from all kinds backgrounds and communities. Max loves birds in general but everyday he enjoys keeping his Chickens. His favorite chicken in his coop is super fast, gray in color, and weirdly small- her name is Ostrich! People who know Max best would describe him as dedicated, inquisitive, and responsible. So, if you're ever in need of a reliable hand to keep your systems humming smoothly, just give Max a shout.
