If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact a locksmith (or reset your smart home app if applicable). We do not service lockouts after hours.
Yes, residents are welcome to decorate their apartment home. However, permanent changes or alterations may not be made without written approval from management. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from your security deposit at move-out.
After-hours maintenance emergencies are urgent issues that may affect resident safety, essential services, or cause damage to the apartment community. No. If you transfer from one PEG apartment community to another, a new security deposit is required for the new apartment home. No, we do not list a specific minimum credit score in the rental criteria. However, a credit report will be processed for each applicant. Based on the household’s overall risk score, the application may be approved, declined, or approved with conditions. Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.
You are encouraged to submit an online work order through our Resident Portal at any time. During office hours, you can stop by or call the office.
Our maintenance team will take care of work orders on a first come, first served basis. Work orders are generally completed within 24-48 hours. Emergencies will always be a priority.
No. You can leave detailed instructions in the "Access notes" section of your online work order or when you inform our office staff. Examples include: call first, pet is secured in the bathroom is locked, etc.
We do not service after hours lock outs. You can use the smart home app to help troubleshoot the issue with your lock. Our smart locks will warn you by blinking red when running low on battery. Make sure you enter an online work order for our maintenance team when this happens and we will be happy to switch them out for you.
You are allowed to decorate your new home. However, all modifications to the apartment will be charged at time of move out in not restored to the original condition.

Although parking will be limited, we do offer assigned parking spaces. Parking is offered in our mechanical parking structures, in our controlled access garage or the Gateway across the street.

Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We use Pet Screening services for pet approval.

We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Akita, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix and Rottweiler. Others may be added.
Our community has a pet relief area. However, Pioneer dog park is only .4 miles away!
Our stainless appliances set include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave and/or vent hood.
All apartments have access to trash chutes on floors 2-6 will have access to the trash chutes located on either the south west of building A and the South East of building B.
